Provide services to people ages 17-22 who are transitioning out of resource home/foster care, or are already living independently, and need individualized skill development and support to transition successfully into adulthood.
Evaluation of caregivers involved with child protective services to determine their capacity and functional ability to safely care for minor children by clinical interviews, administration, scoring and interpretation of psychometrics. Synthesize results with other methods used in the evaluation to provide objective conclusions and recommendations to the referring agency.
Maintain a caseload of up to 8 families receiving Triple P Standard version at any point in time. Facilitate Group session serving 8-12 parents per group 3 times per year.
Clinician will provide outpatient counseling, in-home counseling to children, couples and/or families in Hunterdon County who are involved with Department of Children Protection and Permanency. Dual position; Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor, the Family Support Services Clinician (home/community based) and Outpatient Clinician (office based).
