Following the skating event, LifeSet staff transported all Young Adults to a local pizzeria where everyone sat together and ate lunch. Here, Certified LifeSet Specialist Grace Colon facilitated a conversation with the support of her colleagues Maria Tolentino, Morgan Zapata, and Emmanuel Onwunaka about healthy and unhealthy relationships. Young Adults were asked to provide examples of components of unhealthy relationships and also discussed boundaries. Some shared personal experiences in setting boundaries with others, and everyone explored different red flags to look for in future relationships. Young Adults also brainstormed appropriate ways to address boundary violations. The Youth engaged in friendly conversations with each other and shared ideas for future group events, as well as their experiences in LifeSet.
