Life's challenges can affect any family. The Behavioral Health Division of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen, serves men, women and children struggling to cope with life in the face of psychological, behavioral and/or addiction issues. Programs, offered throughout the four Diocese counties, provide counseling, guidance and support to many who would not otherwise have access to these services.

Program of Assertive Community Treatment -- The PACT Teams
The PACT Programs provide comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation treatment and support services to those individuals who live with serious and persistent mental illness. Services are delivered by a mobile, multi-disciplinary team that focuses on self-management of mental illness, as well as preventing unnecessary psychiatric hospitalization.

The three PACT teams within the Diocese of Metuchen are located in Perth Amboy, Edison and East Brunswick.
